As a mental health counsellor based in Wagga Wagga, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teenagers through the tumultuous journey of adolescence. At Hope and Resilience Counselling, my mission is simple: to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where young people can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and ultimately, find hope and resilience amidst life’s challenges. Whether they’re struggling with academic pressure, peer relationships, or navigating the complexities of identity, I’m here to offer guidance and support every step of the way.

Understanding the Adolescent Experience:

Adolescence is a time of profound change and growth, marked by a whirlwind of emotions and transitions.
